If you need support for any issue in GemstoneRO, the best way to get help is through our Discord server. We have a dedicated section for support called Helpdesk.

To request support:

1. Go to the #helpdesk channel on Discord.
2. In this channel, you will find a topic called Ticket Support.
3. Click on the Create Ticket button. This will open a private ticket where you can describe your issue in detail.

We use a tool called TicketTool.xyz to manage support requests. Once your ticket is created, a Game Master (GM) or an Admin will respond and assist you with your problem.
