Introduction

Hi there~ I'm Jetago, and I'm a Hyper Novice main~

When I joined GemstoneRO I wasn't expecting Hyper Novice to become my main class, but because of how much I ended up enjoying the gameplay, that's how it turned out

I decided to write this guide to share some tips based on my experience with the class for anyone interested in following the path of the Physical Hyper Novice

This guide will be focused on the Melee branch of the Hyper Novice class; Double Bowling Bash and Mega Sonic Blow builds

Warp Portal	Allows you to create warp portals to 3 different locations previously memorized using /memo

Auto Guard	Grants a 30% chance to block physical attacks
Impositio Manus	Increases Atk and Matk +25 for you and nearby party members
Aspersio	Endow your weapon with Holy Element, Holy deals increased damage against Shadow and Undead
Enchant Poison	Endow your weapon with Poison Element, Poison deals increased damage against Fire, Water, Wind and Earth

Angel, Help me!	Restores for you and party members in 15x15 cells around you 1000 HP and 350 SP per second for 20 seconds

Self Study Tactics	Increases P.Atk +10 and Hyper Novice Skills base damage
Double Bowling Bash	Main AoE Damage Skill 9x9 AoE \| Increases its number of Hits from 3 up to 5 with the number of enemies within the AoE
Mega Sonic Blow	Main Single Target Damage Skill Single Target \| Can deal Critical Hits \| Its damage gets double when the target's HP is under 50%

Secret Skills
Explosion Spirits	Also known as the Super Novice Chant, we can use an improved version of Explosion Spirits which grants +50 Critical Rate It can be used by entering the following phrases (Put these in Alt+M to have easy access to them) Dear angel, can you hear my voice? I am <your name> Super Novice~ Help me out~ Please~ T_T <Random Text>
Steel Body	Upon dying for the first time after each login, Steel Body will be used automatically, this is kind of a "second oportunity" All damage received will be reduced by 90%, you will not be able to use skill, and your movement speed and attack speed will be reduced The effect lasts for 3~ Minutes, it can be removed by relogging or talking to the Healer NPC Trigger Condition: your base level experience is between 99% and 99.9% or you are at the maximum level
No-Death Bonus	When Super Novices reach job level 70 without dying, they get a +10 bonus to All Basic Stats, which is lost if they die afterward This bonus can be recovered using the Super Novice Spirit skill which has a low chance of summoning the Guardian Angel Thanks to GemstoneRO custom, We can obtain this bonus regardless of whether we have died, and it will not be lost upon death
