To access the Regenschirm Institute, find the Equipment Reform PR Agent in either Item Mall (14, 50) or Lighthalzen (99, 156).

• Function: Offers entry to the Regenschirm Institute and an introduction to its equipment modification services.

When you talk to the agent, you can choose from the following options:

• Let's go. – This will teleport you to the institute at coordinates (125, 170).
• Listen to the explanation. – Provides more details about the ongoing research and modification services.
• Quit. – Ends the conversation.

• Role: Specializes in enchantments for modified OS weapons.

Options available:

• Modified OS Weapon Enchant – Allows you to enchant OS weapons.
• Quit – Ends the conversation.

• Location: rgsr_in (115, 169)
• Role: Modifies Thanos and OS weapons.

Options available:

• Thanos Weapons
  • Lower mods: Reduces refine level by 5 but consumes fewer materials.
  • Intermediate mods: Reduces refine level by 1 but consumes more materials.
• OS Weapons
  • Requires a refine level of +7 or higher.
  • Refine level does not decrease during modification.

• Role: Assists with armor modifications.

This NPC is still conducting research, and future updates are expected.

• Role: Refines gemstones and exchanges ores.

• Gemstone refining – Convert gemstones.

When you're done modifying your equipment, you can return to Lighthalzen or Item Mall using the Exit Guard NPCs located at:
