The Memories of Thanatos instance is a revamped version of Thanatos Tower, introduced on December 18, 2019. It consists of seven floors filled with monsters over level 200. Each run will randomize certain floors, making it a unique experience every time!

💡 Floors 1, 6, and 7 remain the same. 🎲 Floors 2, 3, 4, and 5 are randomized per instance.

Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by an angel NPC (Observation) who warns you not to proceed further.

⚠️ Beware: Multiple Observations will spawn on top of you!

📝 Tasks:

• Kill all Observations in the room.
• Proceed to the next floor.

You will encounter Happy Givers and Empathizers on this floor.

📝 Tasks:

• Kill all Happy Givers and Empathizers.
• Defeat Odium of Thanatos at the center.
• Collect a Fragment of Hatred from the glowing NPC.
• Gather Colored Charm Stones from candles on the map.

Navigate through Firewall traps that block your path.

📝 Tasks:

• Kill all Shelters.
• Defeat Dolor of Thanatos at the center.
• Obtain a Fragment of Agony from the glowing NPC.

Face Solaces and Maero of Thanatos on this floor.

📝 Tasks:

• Kill all Solaces.
• Defeat Maero of Thanatos.
• Collect a Fragment of Misery from the glowing NPC.

💥 Earthquake effects occur randomly, dealing 3,000 damage per hit!

📝 Tasks:

• Kill all Retributions.
• Defeat Despero of Thanatos.
• Obtain a Fragment of Despair from the glowing NPC.

Final preparations before facing Thanatos!

📝 Tasks:

• Use your fragments on the four statues marked in red.
• Defeat all Regret, Resentment, Horror, and Anger of Thanatos.
• Obtain the Black Charm Stone from the statue in the north.
• Use all five Charm Stones to open the portal to Thanatos.

Thanatos awaits in the center of the floor, ready to unleash his rage!

📝 Battle Mechanics:

• Thanatos will announce his anger. Look for a green broadcast message to determine which memory he is channeling:
  • 분노의 - Anger
  • 증오의 - Hatred
  • 고뇌의 - Agony
• Destroy the corresponding memory statue at one of five marked locations.
• ⚠️ Warning: Destroying the wrong statue will strengthen Thanatos!

💡 Tips:

• Use Land Protector to mitigate AoE damage.
• Thanatos may use Damage Heal — dispel it quickly!
• Watch out for his elemental changes: Ghost, Dark, or Holy.
