The Malangdo Culvert is a dungeon where players are tasked with cleaning the culverts and defeating the final boss, the Coelacanth. The instance offers both normal and hard modes, with daily and weekly quests available for players to complete.

• Base Level: 90 or higher for normal mode, 140 or higher for hard mode.
• Must be in a party.
• Only the party leader can initiate the instance.

1. Talk to Albo in mal_in01 (172, 28):

1. Albo offers daily and weekly quests. The daily quests are available for both normal and hard modes, while weekly quests require more effort but offer better rewards.
2. Ensure your base level meets the requirements for the desired difficulty level.

2. Instance Creation:

1. The party leader can initiate the instance after selecting a quest from Albo.
2. Albo will give different monster-hunting quests depending on whether you choose normal or hard mode. You must complete these tasks inside the culvert.

Once inside the instance, follow these steps:

1. Defeating Monsters:

1. Your objective is to clear the culverts of various deep-sea monsters such as Deep Sea Crab, Deep Sea Vadon, Deep Sea Swordfish, and more.
2. Defeat the monsters to progress through the instance.

2. Seaweed Management:

1. While clearing the culverts, you will encounter seaweed buildup. If too much seaweed accumulates (six or more), the instance will fail. Keep the seaweed under control by defeating the monsters as quickly as possible.

1. Summoning the Coelacanth:

1. Once the culverts are cleared, the final boss, Coelacanth, will appear. The type of Coelacanth depends on the quest you selected:
   • Normal Mode: Weird Coelacanth or Gloomy Coelacanth.
   • Hard Mode: Violent Coelacanth or Mutant Coelacanth.

2. Defeating the Coelacanth:

1. The Coelacanth is a powerful enemy. Coordinate with your party to defeat it and complete the instance.
2. After defeating the Coelacanth, collect the rewards that drop from the boss.

1. Collect Your Rewards:

1. Speak with Madeca to collect your daily or weekly quest rewards.
2. Daily quests reward you with B Grade Coins (normal) or A Grade Coins (hard).
3. Weekly quests reward you with the valuable Sea God's Wrath item.

2. Exit the Instance:

1. After defeating the boss and collecting your rewards, exit the instance.

• Team Coordination: Work together with your party to defeat monsters quickly and manage seaweed buildup.
• Healing Items: Bring enough healing items, especially for hard mode, as the monsters and bosses can be challenging.
• Cooldowns: Daily quests have a 24-hour cooldown, while weekly quests can be completed once per week.
