Move to the western barrier (t_garden 82, 92) and open the portal.
Do the same thing at the eastern barrier (t_garden 149, 92).
Return to Leticia.
Move to (t_garden 106, 118) to meet the Elemental Spirits.
You have unlocked the Forgotten Time dungeons.
You have unlocked the Elemental Spirits daily quests.
Talk to Oscar (t_garden 117, 140) and listen to the conversation.
Meet with Rigel (t_garden 165, 215) in the northeast.
Move to the Sealing Spirit Stone (t_garden 166, 235) and place your hand on it.
