Wave Mode Instance Guide

The Wave Mode Instance consists of two modes: Forest and Sky. The objective in both modes is to stop waves of monsters from reaching the other side of the map. This guide will help you understand how to participate and complete the instance.

Requirements

Starting the Instance

1. Talk to Belka in prontera (146, 75):

  1. Speak to Belka to initiate the Wave Mode instance.
  2. The party leader can choose between Wave Mode - Forest and Wave Mode - Sky.
  3. Ensure your party is formed and ready before starting.

2. Instance Creation:

  1. Belka will allow the party leader to create the instance by selecting either Forest or Sky mode.
  2. Once the instance is created, the party will be teleported to the respective map.

Inside Wave Mode (Forest and Sky)

Once inside, follow these steps:

1. Waves of Monsters:

  1. In both Forest and Sky modes, waves of monsters will spawn and begin advancing toward the other side of the map.
  2. Your objective is to stop the monsters from crossing the map. If 20 monsters escape, the instance will fail.

2. Wave Progression:

  1. Each wave consists of different monsters, with increasing difficulty as the waves progress.
  2. Every 5th wave will spawn a champion, which is stronger than regular monsters.

Forest Mode: Defending the Bridge

1. Forest Mode Specifics:

  1. In Forest Mode, monsters will cross a bridge. Your party's task is to prevent them from reaching the other side.
  2. Monsters will not engage in combat but will continue advancing, making it important to deal quick damage.

2. Defeat 20 Waves:

  1. Your goal is to survive 20 waves without allowing too many monsters to escape.
  2. If you successfully stop the monsters, you will complete the instance.

Sky Mode: Defending the Sky Platform

1. Sky Mode Specifics:

  1. In Sky Mode, monsters will advance across a sky platform.
  2. Similar to Forest Mode, monsters will not attack but will continue advancing toward the other side of the map.

2. Special Event: Treasure Boxes:

  1. In Sky Mode, treasure boxes may appear as a reward. However, you need to defeat the monsters first to collect them.
  2. Coordinate with your party to manage both the monsters and treasure boxes.
