How to Submit a Bug Report
To help us resolve bugs quickly and efficiently, please follow the steps below when submitting a bug report in the Bug Reports Channel on Discord.
1. Describe the Bug Clearly
Provide a detailed description of the bug. Include:
What exactly is happening?
Where or when does the bug occur?
Does it affect gameplay, visuals, or performance?
Include your character name and account name (if possible).
What map were you on when the bug happened?
What class, level, and job were you using?
3. Steps to Reproduce the Bug
List out the exact steps to recreate the bug:
Step 1 (e.g., log in to character).
Step 2 (e.g., enter Prontera map).
Step 3 (e.g., use skill X on target Y).
4. Attach Screenshots or Video
Visual evidence helps us identify issues faster:
Take a screenshot or record a video showing the bug in action.
Show any error messages or pop-up dialogs that appear.
If possible, upload these directly to the bug report post in Discord.
If the bug involves items or NPCs, please provide:
Item IDs or names of any affected items (you can use `/iteminfo` in-game to get the ID).
Names of any NPCs involved, and their location (coordinates are helpful, e.g., Prontera (156, 198)).
6. Include Copy of Error Messages
If an error occurs (e.g., Lua errors or script crashes), copy and paste the entire error message in the report:
Mention whether you're using PC, Android, or other devices.
Is your client fully updated to the latest patch?
More info = faster fixes! If you can, include:

Character: ZenyKing
Server: Main
Bug Description: When casting Firebolt on an Orc Warrior, the damage shows as 0.
Steps to Reproduce:
Equip Rod of Fire.
Go to Payon Dungeon Level 2.
Target an Orc Warrior.
Cast Firebolt.
