• For Lord Kaho's Horns, you need the following materials:

• After collecting all the required items, return to the Royal Messenger in Prontera.
• If you have all the items and enough Zeny, the Royal Messenger will give you either Balmung or Lord Kaho's Horns, depending on the quest you selected.
