====== Getting Support ======

If you need support for any issue in **GemstoneRO**, the best way to get help is through our **Discord server**. We have a dedicated section for support called **Helpdesk**.

To request support:

  - Go to the **#helpdesk** channel on Discord.
  - In this channel, you will find a topic called **Ticket Support**.
  - Click on the **Create Ticket** button. This will open a private ticket where you can describe your issue in detail.
  
We use a tool called **TicketTool.xyz** to manage support requests. Once your ticket is created, a **Game Master (GM)** or an **Admin** will respond and assist you with your problem.
