==== Step 1: Talk to La Fenn ====
  * Location: Lighthalzen (108, 229)
  * Dialogue:
    * La Fenn will give you a riddle to solve.
    * If you're **Base Level 99** and meet the other requirements, La Fenn will challenge you to solve the riddle.

==== Step 2: Solve the Riddle ====
  * If you are not yet **Base Level 99**, La Fenn will tell you to keep leveling up and return once you've reached the required level.
  * If you are **Base Level 99**, La Fenn will ask you to prove your strength by either killing additional monsters (such as Seals or Poporings) or just by being younger (non-transcendent).
  
  * Once you meet all the conditions, La Fenn will congratulate you and give you the **Jewel Case** as a reward.
