===== How to Use HD Refiners =====

1. **Blacksmith Mighty Hammer**:
   - This NPC refines items from **+7 to +9**.
   - Even if the refinement fails, the refine level will only decrease by 1, and the item will not be destroyed.
   - You must bring:
     - **HD Ores** (for refinement).
     - **20,000 Zeny** as a service fee.
     - Optional: **Blacksmith's Blessing** to prevent the refine level from dropping.

2. **Basta**:
   - Basta refines equipment starting at **+10**.
   - Similar to Mighty Hammer, the equipment will not be destroyed if the refinement fails, but the refine level will decrease by 1.
   - You must bring:
     - **HD Ores** (for refinement).
     - Zeny depending on the refinement level.
     - Optional: **Blacksmith's Blessing** to prevent the refine level from dropping.
