====== Universal Rental NPC (Breeder) in GemstoneRO ======

The **Universal Rental NPC** (also referred to as the **Breeder**) in **GemstoneRO** allows players to rent mounts, carts, falcons, and more based on their class and skills. This guide explains how to use the **Breeder** to rent mounts or vehicles automatically.

===== How to Use the Universal Rental NPC =====

1. **Location**  
   You can find the **Universal Rental NPC** (Breeder) in **Prontera** at coordinates **(124, 199)**.

2. **Mount and Vehicle Rentals**  
   The **Breeder** provides automatic rentals for different classes based on your skills and job progression. Here’s what you can rent:

   - **Knight / Rune Knight**:  
     - **Knight**: Rides a **Peco Peco**.  
     - **Rune Knight**: Rides a **Dragon**.
   - **Hunter / Ranger**:  
     - **Hunter**: Rents a **Falcon**.  
     - **Ranger**: Can choose between a **Falcon** or a **Warg** (Wolf). If you do not have a Warg, the NPC will give you a **Wolf’s Flute** to summon it.
   - **Blacksmith / Mechanic**:  
     - **Blacksmith**: Rents a **Cart** for carrying additional items.  
     - **Mechanic**: Can choose between a **Cart** or **Mado Gear** (if they have the required skills).
   - **Other Classes**: If your class has riding skills, the NPC will offer you a **mount**.

3. **Rental Process**  
   When you talk to the **Universal Rental NPC**:
   - If you are **already mounted**, you will need to remove your mount before you can rent a new one.
   - If your class can rent multiple items (e.g., Ranger with Falcon and Warg), you will be asked to choose which mount or vehicle you want to rent.
   - After making your choice, the mount or vehicle will be automatically rented, and you can use it immediately.

4. **Requirements for Renting**  
   - You must have the required skills to rent a mount or vehicle:
     - **Riding** skill for Knights and Rune Knights.
     - **Pushcart** skill for Blacksmiths and Mechanics.
     - **Falconry Mastery** or **Warg Mastery** for Hunters and Rangers.
     - **Madogear License** for Mechanics to rent Mado Gear.
   - If you do not meet the requirements, the NPC will inform you that you are not eligible for the rental.

5. **Special Effects**  
   After successfully renting a mount or vehicle, a visual effect will appear to confirm that the process was completed.
