====== Double Server Rates Guide ======

This guide explains how to activate double server rates on **GemstoneRO** for 1 hour by interacting with the Rate Master NPC.

===== NPC Location =====
  * **Map**: Prontera
  * **Coordinates**: 151, 199

===== Requirements =====
  * **Cost**: 5,000,000 Zeny
  * **Duration**: The double rates will last for 1 hour.

===== How to Activate Double Rates =====
  * Talk to the **Rate Master** NPC in Prontera.
  * The NPC will check if double rates are already active:
    * If **double rates are active**, the following message will appear:  
      ''Double server rates are already active! Please wait until the current session ends.''
    * If **double rates are not active**, the NPC will ask:  
      ''Would you like to activate double rates for 1 hour? It will cost you 5,000,000 zeny.''
  * Ensure that you have 5,000,000 zeny.
  * Confirm by selecting **Yes**.
  * The NPC will deduct 5,000,000 zeny from your character.
  * An announcement will be made to all players:  
    ''[Rate Master]: <Your Character Name> has activated double server rates for 1 hour! Enjoy the boosted rates!''

===== Rate Changes During Double Rates =====
  * **Base EXP**: 3000x → 6000x
  * **Job EXP**: 3000x → 6000x
  * **Item Drop Rates**: 
    * Common items: 1000x → 2000x
    * Healing items: 1000x → 2000x
    * Usable items: 1000x → 2000x
    * Equipment: 1000x → 2000x

===== Rate Reset After 1 Hour =====
  * After 1 hour, the rates will return to normal and an announcement will be made:  
    ''Double server rates have ended. Rates are back to normal.''
  * Rates will reset to:
    * **Base EXP**: 3000x
    * **Job EXP**: 3000x
    * **Item Drop Rates**:
      * Common items: 1000x
      * Healing items: 1000x
      * Usable items: 1000x
      * Equipment: 1000x
