2. **Master of Relics** (Relic Enhancer)
   - **Location**: Mora (96, 74)
   - **Service**: Enhances relics for **2 Mora Coins**. There is a risk of losing the relic if the enhancement fails.

3. **Guardian of Artifacts** (Warlock Enchanter)
