The Job Master NPC in GemstoneRO helps players change their jobs quickly and easily. This guide will explain how the Job Master works and what you need to do to change your job.

Location

The Job Master is located only at Prontera Fountain. You can go there whenever you want to change your job.

How It Works

1. Job Progression

  1. The Job Master allows you to change your job as you level up. You can go from 1st job to 2nd job, 3rd job, and even 4th job.
  2. You can also rebirth and become a transcendent class after reaching Base Level 99 and Job Level 50.
  3. Baby classes and special expanded jobs like Kagerou/Oboro, Rebellion, and Hyper Novice are supported too.

2. Requirements

  1. To change your job, you need to reach certain base and job levels. For example:
  2. 1st job: Base Level 1, Job Level 10
  3. 2nd job: Base Level 40, Job Level 1
  4. 3rd job: Base Level 99, Job Level 50
  5. 4th job: Base Level 200, Job Level 70

3. Skill Points and Mounts

  1. You must use all of your skill points before changing jobs.
  2. You need to dismount from any Peco Peco, cart, or falcon before changing jobs.

4. Baby Classes and Special Classes

  1. You can choose baby versions of jobs like Baby Swordman or special jobs like Hyper Novice and Spirit Handler.
  2. Rebirth classes let you reset to Novice High and progress through high-level jobs.

How to Change Jobs

1. Go to Prontera Fountain and talk to the Job Master. 2. Select the job you want to change to from the options. 3. Make sure you meet the level requirements. If not, the Job Master will tell you what levels you still need to reach. 4. If you have any unused skill points or are mounted, the Job Master will ask you to take care of that before changing jobs. 5. Confirm your job change, and you’re done! You may receive job-specific equipment and platinum skills if enabled.

Special Features

- Platinum Skills: You will automatically receive special skills for your new job when you change. - Job Equipment: Depending on your class, you may also receive special items, like weapons, after changing jobs. - 4th Job Support: You can advance to 4th job classes once you reach Base Level 200 and Job Level 70.
