The "Fall of Glastheim" instance allows players to explore the events leading to Glastheim's downfall. Here's a comprehensive overview:

  * **Base Level:** 130 for Normal Mode; 170 for Hard Mode
  * **Cooldown:** 1 day

  - **Speak with Oscar** at glast_01 241, 290, and listen to his account.

  - Engage with him again to generate the instance and enter.
  - Proceed to **Varmunt's Illusion** to gain insights into the unfolding events.

  - Descend the stairs and converse with Oscar.
  - Continue until **King Schmidt** appears; advise him to retreat, though he will persist in accompanying you.

  - Approach **Knight Survivors** to urge their departure; some may become hostile due to the curse. Ensure to interact with at least six.
  - Navigate to the gate; if King Schmidt perishes or vanishes, repeat the process. On a second attempt, entry is granted regardless of his status.

  - Enter the subsequent area via the gate; follow the left wall post-warp to reach the bridge.
  - After crossing, King Schmidt reappears; speak with him to continue together.
  - Encounter **Heinrich** and engage in dialogue.

  - **Varmunt** will manifest; converse with him to proceed.
  - Discuss further with King Schmidt.
  - Oscar will note the story's consistency; choose to follow him.
  - You'll be transported to a new area; observe the ensuing cutscene.
  - Interact with Varmunt twice to advance the narrative.
  - Speak with Oscar to exit the instance, earning experience points.
  - Outside, converse with Oscar again to unlock both Normal and Hard modes for Glast Heim Purification and gain access to the OSC vending machines.

  - Repeat until reaching the final room with Oscar.
  - Engage with Oscar to initiate the boss battle.
  - Defeat the **Cursed King**; Oscar will then reappear.
  - Speak with Oscar to receive rewards:
