Edda Biolab is an instance dungeon in Ragnarok Online, introduced as part of the Edda series. This dungeon offers players a challenging experience with an in-depth storyline centered around the experiments of the Rekenber Corporation.

• Base Level: 175+
• Starting Point: Instance Manager in any town
• Cooldown: Resets at 00:01 Server Time
• Time Limit: 4 hours

Edda Biolab expands on the mysteries of the Biolabs, presenting challenging enemies and rich lore. Players will navigate through multiple areas with unique challenges, culminating in a battle against a powerful boss.

• First Area: Speak to NPC Sierra to start the instance. This area is a safe zone.
• Second Area: Clear all enemies to proceed. Be cautious of the Rekenber Gunman's ranged attacks and elemental skills.
• Third Area: Eliminate all enemies, including Nameless Acolytes, who may use Decrease AGI.
• Fourth Area: Similar to the previous areas, clear the room of enemies.
• Fifth Area: Players will experience blindness throughout this area. Bring Green Potions to counter the effect.
• Sixth Area: A locked room with monsters. Clearing them will remove barriers to proceed.
• Seventh Area: Encounter new enemies, such as Nameless Swordsman and Nameless Merchant. Clear them to progress.
• Eighth Area: Carefully navigate through the enemies. After clearing this area, proceed north to the stairs leading to the boss room.
• Boss Area: Ensure all party members are present before engaging the boss. The boss changes elements (Fire, Water, Wind) and uses mechanics involving cages with monsters. Failure to handle these mechanics can result in heavy damage or instant defeat.

• Rekenber Guard Card: Increases ATK and melee physical damage. Provides additional bonuses based on weapon type and refine level.
• Rekenber Senior Guard Card: Enhances ATK and ranged physical damage. Includes extra benefits for specific weapons and refine levels.
• Regenschirm Scientist Card: Boosts MATK and all-property magical damage. Offers further bonuses for two-handed staves with higher refine levels.
• Unknown Swordsman Card: Increases MaxHP. When combined with Boss Egnigem Senia Card, boosts physical damage and grants additional bonuses based on the refine levels of armor and shoes.

• Vicious Mind Aura: Headgear obtained from the Nameless Swordsman (MVP). Provides various bonuses based on base stats, such as ATK, ASPD, MATK, and skill delay reduction.
• Experimental Weapon Box: Contains Biological Laboratory Experimental Weapons, dropped by the Nameless Swordsman (MVP).
• Goral Crown Combination Scroll: Used to craft Goral Crown [1], requiring specific materials. Dropped by the Nameless Swordsman (MVP).
• Trial Diadem Combination Scroll: Used to craft Trial Diadem [1], requiring certain materials. Dropped by the Nameless Swordsman (MVP).

Players can enchant Experimental Weapons through the NPC in the Edda Biolab. There are three types of enchantments available:

• General Enchant: Low material cost, but failure can destroy the weapon.
• Advanced Enchant: Moderate material cost, higher success rate, and no destruction upon failure.
• Determined Enchant (3rd Slot Only): High material cost, guarantees success, and allows players to select the desired enchant.

• Bring a balanced party with a tank, DPS, and support.
• Carry consumables like Green Potions, healing items, and SP recovery items.
• Understand the boss mechanics and allocate party roles before engaging.

Completing the instance may reward players with rare materials, exclusive cards, and powerful equipment.
