Folklorist Marigold is looking for a strong adventurer to help her investigate the Abyss Lake Dungeon. If you're at least level 190, she will offer you quests that involve researching creatures in the newly discovered fourth floor of Abyss Lake.

When you speak to Folklorist Marigold, you can choose from the following options:

• I need an explanation: She will tell you about the discovery of a secret tunnel leading to the next level of Abyss Lake and the creatures within it, including rumors of a legendary dragon.
• Share discoveries: Begin the quests Marigold has prepared for you.
• I don't wanna: Decline the quest.

If you choose to help Marigold, you will have several missions available:

• Unusual Colored Ferus

Research the unusual ^0000FFPurple Ferus^000000 found on the fourth floor of the Abyss Dungeon.

• *Objective: Defeat 20 Purple Ferus. * New Mimic Investigation Investigate and hunt a new type of mimic, the ^0000FFTreasure Mimic^000000. Objective: Defeat 10 Treasure Mimics. * Ascidus Property Research Conduct research on the ^0000FFBlack Acidus^000000 and ^0000FFSilver Acidus^000000, which are unique to the fourth floor. Objective: Defeat 20 Black Acidus and 20 Silver Acidus. * Contrary to Providence Free the ^0000FFBone Ferus^000000 and ^0000FFBone Acidus^000000 into the natural habitat. Be cautious; these monsters are particularly dangerous. Objective: Defeat 20 Bone Ferus and 20 Bone Acidus. ==== Quest Progress ==== Each mission requires a certain amount of rest before you can undertake it again: * If you attempt a quest too soon after completing it, Marigold will advise you to rest. * Once rested, speak to her again to start a new mission. ==== Rewards ==== Upon completing each quest, return to Marigold to claim your reward.
